What is the ISO 9001 quality management system and what are the benefits of implementation?

ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management systems for which over a million certificates have now been issued to organisations across 187 countries. It can be used to help an organisation monitor and manage quality across all of its operations and show customers that they’re managing their business to achieve a consistently (high!) quality of goods and services.

The purpose of ISO9001 is to provide a set of requirements that, if followed, will provide you with confidence that your business can consistently provide good services that meet customers’ needs and expectations.
